About Us
Established in 1980, we would like to introduce ourselves as manufacturers and exporters of “PROPEL” range of Industrial Valves like Industrial Pipeline Valves, Globe Valves and Specialty Valves. We produce the most durable and superior quality products. It is the quality of our products which has made us different from others in the market. All our Valves comply with the requirements of International standards. Every Valve design is thoroughly rechecked making necessary tests on trial castings before being released for the manufacturing process.
We possess totally adequate facilities for machining of all the Valve Castings. Assembly, Testing and Final Quality Control are carefully supervised and monitored. Production gauges are extensively used to ensure that all the components in any given size of Valve are interchangeable.
Castings for our Valves are procured from very reputed foundries. These Castings are only accepted against the Test Certificates from Foundries and the dependability of the Test Certificates have been established now over a period of time by our frequent random testing of the Castings at our own laboratory and also at EIL/ Lloyd's approved Test Houses for Physical/ Chemical Properties and Metallurgical characteristics. Solid Bar materials such as Stainless Steel are procured from reputed wholesalers and Mill Test Certificates are insisted. Irrespective of this, every batch is counter-checked by resorting to random testing at approved laboratories.
Individual components are inspected during the production. Machined components are checked for dimensional accuracies. We have well laid out assembly procedures and strict supervision is maintained about this aspect. Our units have adequate facilities to test finished valves hydrostatically. Finished product inspection covers all aspects such as ease of operation, the general finish and other aesthetic aspects.
